Mark Cassetta
Founder & Principal Consultant

Mark Cassetta is a learning and talent development executive with 25+ years of global experience—and the perspective of having been “in the trenches” as a leader of leaders in Fortune 500 companies. Based in New York City, he helps organizations unlock business value by strengthening leadership capability, accelerating performance, and aligning people strategies directly to business imperatives.​​
​​Mark’s career spans both human capital leadership and commercial business accountability. As a Microsoft Certified Trainer, he developed foundational skills in engaging technical instruction that continue to shape his facilitation style today. At Pfizer, he held a series of progressive leadership and commercial roles, combining learning design with business oversight—including the launch of a digital start-up with full P&L responsibility.

He went on to lead Talent Development for Royal Bank of Canada’s Capital Markets, Technology & Operations, and Functions platforms, repositioning the global team into consultative talent partners and spearheading onboarding efforts that were recognized with an industry “Future Focused” award. Most recently, he served as Head of Talent Management at IDB Bank, where he rebuilt enterprise-wide talent and succession processes, and launched career development and performance enablement frameworks.

Mark holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Instructional Technology & Media from Columbia University Teachers College and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English from the University of Florida, Gainesville. He is recognized for his ability to coach senior leaders, diagnose the root causes of performance challenges, and deliver innovative learning solutions that drive measurable impact.
